Individual and Couples Therapy

Relationships can be one of the most meaningful parts of our lives, yet they can also be one of the most challenging. As an experienced couples therapist, I offer a gentle, caring, and non‑judgmental space where both partners can feel heard, understood, and supported. My approach is grounded in compassion and curiosity, helping couples slow down, reconnect, and make sense of the patterns that keep them feeling stuck.

I am trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), having completed an intensive externship that deepened my ability to help couples identify core emotions and rebuild secure bonds. EFT provides a powerful framework for healing disconnection and strengthening emotional intimacy.

Alongside EFT, I bring the practical, research‑based tools of the Gottman Method. I am certified in Gottman Levels 1 and 2, which allows me to integrate structured strategies that improve communication, reduce conflict, and foster deeper understanding.

Accelerated Resolution Therapy

Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) is a gentle, effective, and evidence‑based approach designed to help people process distressing memories, emotions, and patterns without having to relive them in detail. ART uses a combination of relaxing eye movements and guided visualization to help the brain reprocess difficult experiences in a way that feels calmer, safer, and more manageable.

One of the unique strengths of ART is its ability to create meaningful change in a relatively short period of time. Many clients experience relief from symptoms related to anxiety, trauma, stress, or painful relationship patterns in just a few sessions. Throughout the process, you remain fully in control — awake, aware, and able to choose how much you share.

ART works by helping the brain shift the way distressing memories and sensations are stored. Instead of being triggered by old emotional responses, clients often find they can recall past events without the same intensity or overwhelm. This creates space for new insights, healthier reactions, and a greater sense of emotional freedom.

ART is not about revisiting trauma or pushing you into discomfort. It’s a structured, compassionate method that allows you to move through emotional blocks at your own pace. My role is to guide you with care, clarity, and respect, ensuring you feel grounded and supported throughout the process.
